How do you make groundbeef enchiladas?

There are so many if not thousands of ways to make enchiladas, but 'laugh''s answer is a great basic recipe if you've never made them before. You can also season the ground beef with a packet of taco seasoning and add a little can of diced green chiles. I like adding some beans and rice to the beef mixture before rolling the tortillas. You can use corn or flour tortillas, any size as long as they fit in your baking dish. I'd get either 2 packets or 2 cans of enchilada sauce since there never seems to be enough. You can even use different cheeses like monterey jack or jalapeno jack. So just start with that recipe and you'll find new and different ways to make it your own!

Losing strength on Paleo diet help?

I've been on the "Paleo diet" for 2 weeks now. I feel good as far as overall energy goes and feel I'm already leaning out fat-wise. But I'm losing strength in the gym. Example I'm negative 30 pounds(and struggling) on bench press compared to what I was repping before I started. My cardio is really good right now, but my muscles just feel exhausted and fatigued when it comes to the weights. I don't have the "explosive" strength that I did just 2 weeks ago. I hate it. I'm thinking about giving this up already. I just need some advice from someone who has experience with building muscle while on paleo. My routine (workout wise) is bulletproof and I hit everything like I'm suppose to. How do I maintain my explosive energy for weightlifting?

Positive? evaporation line? i can't tell.?

i took a htp this evening. first reposnse, non digital. initial result was negative. after 3 to five minutes, knowing myself, i decided to take the test apart so i wouldn't be tempted to keep taking it out of the trash to reexamine it. when i removed the results strip from the case and was about the toss it out i thought i saw something. it was almost a mirage. i had to hold it up to the light to see it and even then i thought i was going crazy it even seemed colorless but it was there. i have been watching it for an hour now and it has grown ever ever ever so slightly more visible so that now it is unmistakable. faint, thin, but there is no mistaking it is there. if i hadn't seen the beginnings of a hint of a line within the ten minutes after testing i would have dismissed it as an evaporation line and let it go. i don't know if what i saw at first was merely the shadow of the unresponsive dye strip which has since become an evaporation line or if i saw the beginnings of a faint positive result. my urine sample was very light. i drank a lot the afternoon and my period was due today or tomorrow so the hormone level in my pee, if there at all would have been slight. i intend to retest first thing in the morning, but i can't stop staring at this test. it's making me crazy.

03 s10 fuel pump any idea (puzzeled)

I want to put on some muscle and get a little stronger and faster for the 800m ,mile and 400m in track?

Ok so im a senior i ran 16:31 5k in cross country this year and the season just ended. Now its the off season and i want to put on some fast twitch muscle and get stronger for my 2 events in track(800 and mile) to help me with my finishing kick, which i have lacked for the past three years in xc and track. The only problem is that during the off season i run with and lift with the cross country team, and we do a bunch of 8,9,10 mile Long runs and medium runs during the winter,which is good for endurance, but not necessarily for speed and power/strength and i end up going on these runs after we lift. Which to me defeats the purpose of lifting, because its over training. For example well lift with low weight and high reps a bunch of times and then go for a long run or medium run after AT A GOOD PACE.!! THE bottom line is how do i go about gaining some fast twitch muscle during the off season while maintaining my endurance,im 5,8 about 140(lighter during xc and track) pounds of slow twitch and would like put on a few pounds or at least get some fast twitch muscle(power,speed). And what i said earlier about working out with the team its not mandatory, we sort of do our own thing. which means that i dint haft to work out with them i could come up with my own routine, i work out with them to make sure that i am were im supposed to be on the team,one of the faster runners. Also if i could i would like to move up to the 400m dash. i ran a 2:02 in the 800 last year and 55 in the 400m.

Am I getting hydrated sufficiently even when I don't drink lots of water?

I have not taken to drinking water consistently everyday. I remember that one day, I only had 1 full cup of mineral water and I was stunned when I realized this but then I really wasn't that thirsty. My daily diet is 1 mug of coffee for breakfast and any wheat bread. I like eating them dry. I eat chicken or any type of meat for lunch, with rice most of the time. I cook my own food and like brothy, soupy, saucy foods. I avoid fried foods. I eat them boiled, stewed, grilled, broiled, or steamed. Afternoon snack is just like breakfast but I don't drink coffee most of the time in the afternoon. Dinner is just like lunch. I drink Paldo sugarfree Aloe Vera almost daily. This has completely eliminated my constipation. About once a month I drink a bottle of Korean yogurt. I also make my own fruit juices & drink them as well. Right now I've been drinking peach-strawberry that I blended myself. Two weeks ago was blackberry. I drink the Aloe Vera more regularly. I do drink water every now & then.

Ok, i'm about to delete my EGR cooler (don't ask) out of my 2006 f250 diesel. Im pretty diesel savvy but I need to know the diesel mechanics tips and tricks on getting all that soot out of the intake manifold. Do i have to just soak it in brake cleaner when its off of the engine? Or is there an awesome fuel additive that will break all of that up as my engine runs? I need parts for an Armscor AK 22?

I am going to make curtains for my daughter's bedroom. I was given that really nice black out liner material that blocks the sunlight. Do I need to wash the liner first? I don't want to take any chances that I could have to later in the future. They shouldn't get dirty but you never know. Will it ruin the fabric if I did wash it? I don't want to wash the cotton fabric and then have the liner shrink and the other not causing my hard work to go to shambles if I did have to wash. That's exactly why it is a THEORY. Theory's, in science related topics, are ideas that have not been fully proven, which is why it isn't the evolution law. If this evolution theory is proven wrong or proven right, then I suppose it would either become just a belief or a law of science. It is my understanding that this theory has been tossed around for centuries, and I'm reasoning that centuries of data would be null and void, false, and essentially just a waste of time. As to how much of all this data would be false, that is not necessarily an answerable question, as there is so much information and data that has been collected over these past centuries that wouldn't just disappear. I suppose if this theory is ever proven unrealistic, then this data will be still around, however just not in science books. This information will always be considered possible, in my opinion, because there is no way to prove it wrong or right. Simply said, it's a theory, a fact that is yet to proven, as to how we have come to be, and it isn't proven. In my opinion, no one will ever truly be able to "testify" against this theory, being that hundreds of hundreds of years of data has been collected, and to prove it wrong would truly be miraculous.

We rescued two mares. One is a small mustang and the other is a large quarter horse type. The large horse is the dominant mare. She is moody and nips at the smaller horse at times. But, when we halter and try to work them seperately, the smaller horse gets very antsy and upset if she is apart from the big horse. Honeymoon Question... Where to go Carribean or Hawaii?

My fiance and i are getting married in march of 09. For our honeymoon, his family wants us to use their marriott timeshare. With that said, it limits the locations we can look at. I have always dreamed of going to the atlantis hotel however, that is not doable. With that in mind, we are currently looking at st. thomas or hawaii? St. thomas seems beautiful and have been told that it is amazing. But i have a fear of reptiles and i have heard that the reptiles are pretty prevalent there. Along with that, the cruises seem to have that being one of their biggest stops. The other option is hawaii probably kaui and then either maui or oahu... Love these places but it isn't as "exoctic" as the others and seems a little "ordinary"... Any thoughts? I am very confused and feel that we need to make a decision soon... HELPP!!! Thanks for dropping me a line. Wearing Speedos to the beach was soo cool. There as only a hand full of us this time, but It was awesome. We were all just pretty average guys, All younger under 35, most were under 25, Pretty fit are at least you could tell they took care of themselves. A couple of them brought their g/f's. Everyone wore cool suits, no thongs or anything purposely vulgar. A lot of people bought a brand new suit just for the occasion. But hey man it's a start. And I gotta say bro it was just like I expected pretty much not one on the beach even cared, aside from the three girls that followed us around hardly anyone acted any diff then they would have, had me and the other guys with us been wearing shorts. you have integrated graphics, the least powerfull graphics solution you can get. as you found out you cant do any real gaming on it. it is only ment to be able to handle video playback and light 3d graphics not a full out game. but you may be able to go in to the BIOS ( you press a certan on right after you turn it on) and change the amout of memory dedicated to the graphics, but i doubt that will help very much. if you want to real gaming you need a discrete graphcs card, like your cousin has.

Where to get a diametric capacitating module for a PX5 Armada board?

I have a PX5 with the same problem. The original modules eventually fail and since they don't make them anymore, they're very hard to find. Someone told me that there is a way to modify the board to take a different part there but I'm not sure if that's true or not. The only way I know of to find a replacement is to find someone who will sell you their board and you can remove the module from it.

Make your home coming very low key. Do not acknowledge the dog. Just let her outside immediately to do her business. Do not go with her unless you need to. Let her back in after 5-10 minutes. When she comes back in use a very small soft greeting. Again you don't want to reeve her up. Keep everything quiet and calm. If she starts shrieking after you let her in have her do a calming exercise like a short sit or down stay. A firm quiet command should help if this gets too out of control and if your dog has an understanding of the command. Some people use a spray bottle with water in it for the screaming but keep in mind it might make your dog fearful of your arrival which has its own consequences.

when i take magic mushrooms i get this ****** up sensation every ten minutes or so its a very indescribable feeling. well about a year after the last time i took shrooms i noticed that same feeling that i got on mushrooms and it happened to be seconds before a power fluctuation in my house where all of the lights flicked on and off and the speakers for my tv turned off for a few seconds. this happens at least once a week now and durring the last winter i felt the same feeling again and then the power in my town and three surrounding towns went out it was apparently for an exploding power line due to the near -40 weather but it always bugged me that i happened to feel the feeling seconds before all the power went out. i also noticed that whenever im at work at my dads video store i always everysingle day statically shock the debit machine and restart it just by touching the rubber on wtf is up with that i thought that electricity could not travel through rubber or am i wrong but its not just the debit machine i also shock alotta customers too im worried about shocking someone with a pacemaker and stopping their heart but i doubt that it has ever happened before. im not sure why i seem to be sensitive to electricity i can hypothesize that it may be because i smoke so much pot or maybe because of the mushrooms, or maybe i'm the first in my family to evolve electrical powers or maybe it is just a coincidence, for all i know if anyone has any similar experiences or would like to comment on this then please do so.

Looking For My Lost Half Brother?

Somewhere in the world I have a half brother that I have never met, and the sad part is that my dad hasn't either. My dad had a girlfriend in Mexico which he brought her to the U.S. They lived in PHX, AZ for a while. Before my dad brought her, the "girl's" mom told my dad if things don't work out please bring her back. Things did not work out with her and my dad so my dad decided to bring her back to mexico like he had promised her mom. My dad told me that before he left her, back at their apartment where they used to live she would serve herself mive amounts of food and then when she was going to sit down and eat she would get nauseous and obviously run to the bathroom and vomit. (I mean I don't understand why it did not cross my dads mind that she could of been pregnant.) Anyway, he took her back to Mexico and left her. A couple of months later he went back to the same place her met and left this girl at. He went to a bar and ask this guy that knew this girl that if he knew anything about Mari (the girl my dad had took.) The guy then went on to tell my dad that she had gave birth to a little boy. The worst part was that she gave the baby up to some Americans in exchange to pay for her hospital bill. When my dad found out that he had this son it was too late because she had already sold him. My question is... if there is anyway that I can try to look for him. My dad told me that most likely the Americans that paid for him are probably living in Sierra Vista, AZ. The more I think of it... I feel like it's impossible. Help:(

22 year old, having heart surgery soon?

I am a 22 year old male having an aortic valve replacement on June 2nd, 2011. Pre-surgery anxiety is getting the best of me and my online research is both easing some nerves and setting others off. I had inaugural Hernia surgery 1 week ago on my left side. My testicles and swelled right away, the right testicle went down but the left one is still swollen. By Sallie Mae? These people are SO AWFUL! This is my fiances default loans that i am trying to take care of. There are 3 separate loans. Well, it was actually one that they split up. One of the loans though, they are threatening that if we do not settle with them for $3100 or $1015 with monthly payments of over $300 for the next several years, they are suing. We could do the $1000 with payments and go broke in the process. There is no way we can come up with $3000! and he said they will not accept payments anymore. Those are our options, otherwise we are going to court. That is what he said. i am scared to death. and don't know what to do. I don't understand why they won't work with us!? i totally messed up yesterday in the morning i had some oatmeal but then at school i ended up eating a few oreos like maybe 7 throughout the whole day w/o the filling of course about 3 milano cookies 2 starbursts half a stick of gum a few organic blue chips with organic salsa.. maybe about 5 chips at lunch i had a water bottle and one piece of sarah lee whole grain bread with a slice of cheese 99% fat free turkey and lettuce no mayo then i ate an apple on the way home at like 4 then ate 6 i hate a tiny portion of paste maybe half a fist size with some salad and grilled chicken then at about 10 or 11 i ate like 3 bites of pasta and an apple along with all this i probably drank about 4 16 ounce cups of water i am usually able to control myself from eating this unhealthy but idk what got over me today but i feel extremely horrible for eating all this junk food im guessing its becuase i didnt eat well the day before i was binge eating today? not sure but ive been so hungry even after i eat! about 30min later im looking for somethen else to eat.. so help? what going on? how bad did i do today? about how many calories did i take in? how can i make up for it?
