****I REALLY NEED HELP WITH A GUY!!!!****?

So there is this guy on my brothers baseball team and Im not for sure if he likes me.... when he is in the dugout I will glance that direction and he will be staring at me. And sometimes he even stares at me when he is playing on the field. His body language just really makes me think he is into me and he likes me. I even got a picture of the team where is turned around looking at me. He seems really nice, Im not even sure if he has had a girlfriend before. I really am not good with guys. Im pretty but have never had a boyfriend before. Im 14 and he is 13 so not that big of age difference. I have never talked to him once. I really want him to make the first move but I dont know what to do to make him make the first move.... I just want something to happen even if that means maknig the first move! But�I have no idea what�I would say.... I really need help with this! And no we dont go to the same school. This coming up weekend will be the last tournament so I need a plan fast so I can do something then otherwise�I dont know when the next I would get to see him would be. Any advice will help anyone answer! I am just clueless when it comes to this stuff. I am really shy and dont know how to put myself out there. On the baseball team he sometimes hangs out with my brother so I dont want to do anything to make it awkward and have the whole baseball team think im a loser. Jeez.... this is so complicated! I just feel like there are a lot of factors that make it difficult!
