If a man who once loved with you for 8 years loses all interest and claims it is because he is off meth?

That the meth made him more euphoric and he had the desire. During his drug use he was also addicted to and supposedly does not look at it anymore. He has his phone set up for web acsess but i do not know for sure if he looks at from the phone, we got rid of cable and put parental block on computer. Is this normal after stopping the use of meth?
