I ONLY HAVE 1 OR2 SPARKS WHEN I HIT THE STARTER AND 1 OR 2 SPARKS WHEN I STOP ON A QUAD WHAT CAN B THE PROBLEM?

i installed a new cdi box a new stator and tested the coil it has resistance but not sure what it is suppose to be it doesnt spark while its cranking
