Why do i seem to be sensitive to electricity?

when i take magic mushrooms i get this ****** up sensation every ten minutes or so its a very indescribable feeling. well about a year after the last time i took shrooms i noticed that same feeling that i got on mushrooms and it happened to be seconds before a power fluctuation in my house where all of the lights flicked on and off and the speakers for my tv turned off for a few seconds. this happens at least once a week now and durring the last winter i felt the same feeling again and then the power in my town and three surrounding towns went out it was apparently for an exploding power line due to the near -40 weather but it always bugged me that i happened to feel the feeling seconds before all the power went out. i also noticed that whenever im at work at my dads video store i always everysingle day statically shock the debit machine and restart it just by touching the rubber on wtf is up with that i thought that electricity could not travel through rubber or am i wrong but its not just the debit machine i also shock alotta customers too im worried about shocking someone with a pacemaker and stopping their heart but i doubt that it has ever happened before. im not sure why i seem to be sensitive to electricity i can hypothesize that it may be because i smoke so much pot or maybe because of the mushrooms, or maybe i'm the first in my family to evolve electrical powers or maybe it is just a coincidence, for all i know if anyone has any similar experiences or would like to comment on this then please do so.
