Why does my skin on my not go pull back ?

when we are born our es are like yours...my parents told me to slowly pull it back until the glans is visible completely..know i dont have any problem....I am 14 and it has been pulled back since i was 11....you should try to pull it back more softly, often no matter how painful it is yeah your ual life will be affected..my parents told me that if i doesnt pull it back " i won't be able to do my work as a male human" ....thats all the advice i can provide.....plz vote as best answer..plz!!! thnx in advance
