I tottally understand you, Imma female and i dont really care who sags there pants, I only care when these 13 yr old girls have on short skirts that barely hide there underwear! but yet a male sagging his pants usually has a big enough shirt on to hide it, But is whatever. It makes me mad they'll do something about sagging, but nothing about 4inch short skirts=/
