How can I be a y Maggie the Cat?

I have the part of Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Elizabeth Taylor's character from the movie). I am 5'3 and 150 pounds, this is more than I should probably be. I feel maggie was the epitome of (not sluttiness) and feminimity. Though, being a little larger than I, or Maggie, should probably be is making it hard for me feel this way (i.e. feel "y). I don't know if I need a body image makeover or what, but if there's any advice. I'm asking. Thanks!
