My wife having Heavy menses bleeding from last 3 days during DVT (Deep-vein thrombosis)?

As Warfarin thins the blood to prevent DVT's .....her periods might seem like she is hemmorhaging, it is not dangerous, but please seek a Dr's advice if her bleeding has not reduced within a day or two.
