What would the US government do in this situation (in info)?

Our left controlled government would send in a team of psychologists and try to help them deal with their feelings of hate towards America. Then, they would offer them trillions of newly printed currency to try to make up for all the injustices imposed on them. They would also offer a package of free health care, food stamps, and a house they couldn't afford.
