A nymph in Greek mythology?

According to this website called the Liber Paganum, Kirrha "fled from Artemis with her lover and gave her name to a city in Phokis." The site doesn't say why they were fleeing from Artemis but presumably it would have been because Kirrha was one of Artemis virgin hunting companions who would have been obliged to take a vow of celibacy in order to hang out with the goddess. Kirrha, if you can believe this site, it would seem, broke her vow with whoever her lover was, and so they would have had to flee from Artemis, who wasn't known for her leniency in these matters.
