How do you know if your furnitures are too heavy to have on a second floor?

I just added a bunch of stuff to my room and I don't know if that's gonna be too heavy to be all in one room. I feel like it might the ceiling under neath me might caved or something but that's not likely. How do you if it's too heavy though? I have like 7 pieces including my bed...
