Losing strength on Paleo diet help?
I've been on the "Paleo diet" for 2 weeks now. I feel good as far as overall energy goes and feel I'm already leaning out fat-wise. But I'm losing strength in the gym. Example I'm negative 30 pounds(and struggling) on bench press compared to what I was repping before I started. My cardio is really good right now, but my muscles just feel exhausted and fatigued when it comes to the weights. I don't have the "explosive" strength that I did just 2 weeks ago. I hate it. I'm thinking about giving this up already. I just need some advice from someone who has experience with building muscle while on paleo. My routine (workout wise) is bulletproof and I hit everything like I'm suppose to. How do I maintain my explosive energy for weightlifting?
