Just needs to know what it means?

okay.. but could you answer if a guy apparently loves then breaks up with you saying your perfect and its nothing to do with me but cant have a relationship at the moment as they have issues after being together for a nearly a year... whats does that mean?? after there wasnt any problems within the relationship only that i went more into myself when my granddad was dying and then he broke up with me 2weeks after the funeral.... he cant just loose his feeling quickly.. need answers as he is the most confusing person even though he was perfect in my eyes. i just wish i was over him and got rid of all these feeling as i hate this pain. i just need answers
