Am I getting hydrated sufficiently even when I don't drink lots of water?
I have not taken to drinking water consistently everyday. I remember that one day, I only had 1 full cup of mineral water and I was stunned when I realized this but then I really wasn't that thirsty. My daily diet is 1 mug of coffee for breakfast and any wheat bread. I like eating them dry. I eat chicken or any type of meat for lunch, with rice most of the time. I cook my own food and like brothy, soupy, saucy foods. I avoid fried foods. I eat them boiled, stewed, grilled, broiled, or steamed. Afternoon snack is just like breakfast but I don't drink coffee most of the time in the afternoon. Dinner is just like lunch. I drink Paldo sugarfree Aloe Vera almost daily. This has completely eliminated my constipation. About once a month I drink a bottle of Korean yogurt. I also make my own fruit juices & drink them as well. Right now I've been drinking peach-strawberry that I blended myself. Two weeks ago was blackberry. I drink the Aloe Vera more regularly. I do drink water every now & then.
