Should waitresses prioritize being social or maybe even flirting with big tippers?

I spend time at a casino here in Vegas and I have become a regular for one particular waitress. I tip her $5 a drink as a nice gesture and she appreciates it. She will hang out and talk if she has time. I'm respectable and have never even hit on her. Lately this guy has been coming in and she has directed most of her attention to him. I am a bit jealous. She barely even talks to me anymore. She did say at one point that he is a good tipper. She makes about $80 to $100 a night off him and he comes in twice a week. He is not a high roller. Once I over heard him ask for a Jack and Coke and she replied "yes master". It seems like it's playful mixed with power. Have I lost her?
