My vl triton 2 paintball gun wont shoot far only like up to 10 ft?

its a semi vl triton 2. i just filled the tank all the way and then i connected it to my gun. then i loaded one paintball and i ****** it but it only shot up to like 10 ft. and every time i trie to shoot it again it wont ****** back again for semi auto.please help me anyone.tell me if i have to adjust somthing.
