How reliable is sentinel hdd monitor software? is my hard drive failing?

i downloaded this and it said my hard drive has 53 days left tell it fails. should i trust it. my in built toshiba hd monitor says my hd is fine. and hdd health says it has 100% health. whats the deal here. i don't want my computer failing on me and my hard drive hasn't been doing anything funny. i don't have the money to get a new internal hd so i hope this is a false alarm. it is saying things like my reallocated memory is bad or something. how do i prevent my memory from being reallocated.
