Cheesecake?

hi..i wana make cheesecake for my boyfriend's mother for mother's day(its a surprise)..the problem is mother's day is on sunday and i can only make it on saturday...coz i'l b busy cookin @ my place for my mother...i am jst wondering..if i cover the cheesecake wit aluminium foil..will it go bad overnight
