ANC: is that a reason that some managers steer clear of certain players?

evening mate...ANC.......arsenal no cups..(for a long time!!)....you mention ramos,pulled out of signing a player because of the ANC......hes too busy anyway flogging our best players the g!t...think your right though..is there a reason why the ANC...cant be played in close season as well??
