Gold itc, going back to school is time consuming so join the merchant fleet via engineering and study for license testing while getting "hands on training". You're already an engineer so basics shall come easy... Moreover, while aculating Sea Time shall get paid while studying for your licensing test (officers testing)

Where does the puddle that is formed on the inside penger floorboard of my car come from?

When it rains a puddle forms on the inside (penger side) floor of my car. Sometimes it travels to the back seat, too. Can't find the source! Ideas?

I ate bad, didnt i? :S?

i totally messed up yesterday in the morning i had some oatmeal but then at school i ended up eating a few oreos like maybe 7 throughout the whole day w/o the filling of course about 3 milano cookies 2 starbursts half a stick of gum a few organic blue chips with organic salsa.. maybe about 5 chips at lunch i had a water bottle and one piece of sarah lee whole grain bread with a slice of cheese 99% fat free turkey and lettuce no mayo then i ate an apple on the way home at like 4 then ate 6 i hate a tiny portion of paste maybe half a fist size with some salad and grilled chicken then at about 10 or 11 i ate like 3 bites of pasta and an apple along with all this i probably drank about 4 16 ounce cups of water i am usually able to control myself from eating this unhealthy but idk what got over me today but i feel extremely horrible for eating all this junk food im guessing its becuase i didnt eat well the day before i was binge eating today? not sure but ive been so hungry even after i eat! about 30min later im looking for somethen else to eat.. so help? what going on? how bad did i do today? about how many calories did i take in? how can i make up for it?
