How do you make groundbeef enchiladas?

There are so many if not thousands of ways to make enchiladas, but 'laugh''s answer is a great basic recipe if you've never made them before. You can also season the ground beef with a packet of taco seasoning and add a little can of diced green chiles. I like adding some beans and rice to the beef mixture before rolling the tortillas. You can use corn or flour tortillas, any size as long as they fit in your baking dish. I'd get either 2 packets or 2 cans of enchilada sauce since there never seems to be enough. You can even use different cheeses like monterey jack or jalapeno jack. So just start with that recipe and you'll find new and different ways to make it your own!

Losing strength on Paleo diet help?

I've been on the "Paleo diet" for 2 weeks now. I feel good as far as overall energy goes and feel I'm already leaning out fat-wise. But I'm losing strength in the gym. Example I'm negative 30 pounds(and struggling) on bench press compared to what I was repping before I started. My cardio is really good right now, but my muscles just feel exhausted and fatigued when it comes to the weights. I don't have the "explosive" strength that I did just 2 weeks ago. I hate it. I'm thinking about giving this up already. I just need some advice from someone who has experience with building muscle while on paleo. My routine (workout wise) is bulletproof and I hit everything like I'm suppose to. How do I maintain my explosive energy for weightlifting?

What are the "keys" in Higurashi?

I have read the series of Higurashi Naku No Koro Ni so I already know the ending. However at the end of Onikakushi (the first book) the author says how there is a "key" that can solve other arcs. I was wondering what exactly each "key" is. Thank you.

Positive? evaporation line? i can't tell.?

i took a htp this evening. first reposnse, non digital. initial result was negative. after 3 to five minutes, knowing myself, i decided to take the test apart so i wouldn't be tempted to keep taking it out of the trash to reexamine it. when i removed the results strip from the case and was about the toss it out i thought i saw something. it was almost a mirage. i had to hold it up to the light to see it and even then i thought i was going crazy it even seemed colorless but it was there. i have been watching it for an hour now and it has grown ever ever ever so slightly more visible so that now it is unmistakable. faint, thin, but there is no mistaking it is there. if i hadn't seen the beginnings of a hint of a line within the ten minutes after testing i would have dismissed it as an evaporation line and let it go. i don't know if what i saw at first was merely the shadow of the unresponsive dye strip which has since become an evaporation line or if i saw the beginnings of a faint positive result. my urine sample was very light. i drank a lot the afternoon and my period was due today or tomorrow so the hormone level in my pee, if there at all would have been slight. i intend to retest first thing in the morning, but i can't stop staring at this test. it's making me crazy.

Am I alone in noticing that much of what Yahoo purports to be news, is already history? I'll see something in the WSJ on Monday and on the following Saturday it is the featured news item on Yahoo. Also, much of the time the headline banner is refuted by what is actually said in the article.

If I join the National Guard, what are my chances of staying stateside?

I have no problem with being deployed myself but my wife has very strong concerns about it. I love her and want to respect what she wants, but I also want to join the military. So, any recruiters or active duty out there want to help me out here? Also whats the difference between the reserves and the National Guard?

03 s10 fuel pump any idea (puzzeled)

lets see this is the biggest junker i have ever owned, I have changed my fuel pump out 3 times I have power and ground to the pump but no fuel out of pump all relays good fuel lines clearsystem acts like no vacuum or pressure it is a 2200sfi no one knows how to fix this shop wants $60 an hour i have already put $1400 in this problem and countless hours i have checked all relays with test light for power and ground good oil pressure climbs to 40 when trying to start I need a master ase for this thing wiring good at fuel pump took bed off thank you for your help Jerry J (puzzeled).
